The Grace of God the Father, the love of His Son, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
My name is Christian Azarias, and I am a convert to Orthodoxy. Though unworthy, I was tonsured a Reader in 2021 and ordained a Deacon in 2025 for Debre Medhanit Medhanealem Orthodox Tewahedo Church. I am also currently pursuing my Masters in Theology at Holy Sophia University.
This personal blog of mine was created with the purpose of sharing my love for God and the sacred truths of the Holy Orthodox Church founded by the Eternal Logos — Jesus Christ, to Whom be the Glory forever — upon His holy Apostles. Because the Gospel and the faith of the Church is without change, the blog earned its name ‘FaithUntoAges’.
You will find that it is visually inspired by medieval Christian manuscripts, art, and literature. The posts cover a variety of subjects relevant to the ancient faith, which include; Early Church History, Apologetics, Patristic Exegesis of the Bible, Sacred Art, Ecclesial Music, and the like. You will also find sermons and reflections on these matters, some of which — God willing — will be contributed from guest authors. May God bless their service and remember them in His Kingdom to come.
Please remember my weak self — the chief of sinners — and my beloved family in your prayers; pleading God for very our salvation.
May God Bless each and every single one of you. Glory to the Most Holy Trinity forever, and unto the ages of ages – Amen.
Selam,
Deacon Christian Azarias
